Confidentiality Agreements
In an effort to expedite the protocol review process, ultimately improving start-up schedules, VCU provides a template confidentiality agreement. VCU is also pleased to negotiate master CDAs with sponsors.
Master Clinical Trial Agreements
VCU is currently working to expand our list of master agreements with clinical trial sponsors. Contact Melanie Wiggins, Director, Office of Sponsored Programs - Industry Support, 804.827.4992, if you are unsure if a Master Agreement is in place or to initiate the review process.
Clinical Trial Contracts
VCU is part of a growing network of academic medical centers that share best practices in contracting for clinical trials. The benefit to industry is in the efficiency of dealing with a clinical site that understands common contract concerns and has years of successful experience in negotiating terms quickly, while addressing the concerns of each party.
